Link Engineering Company in Plymouth, MI seeks aProject Manager to coordinate technical, timing and financial aspects of multiple projects. You will be the primary interface between customers, engineering, and management teams.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years in equipment build/installation projects, strong communication, and familiarity with ERP systems and MS Project. The role emphasizes on-time, on-budget delivery in a cross-functional environment.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant project experience in equipment build/installation.
• Minimum 3 years of project experience in the equipment build and installation industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, cost estimates, and deliverables.
• Create and administer project plans and schedules in MS Project.
• Communicate with customers to align timing plans and escalate issues.
• Drive engineering and manufacturing activities through launch and critical path tasks.
• Identify and mitigate risks to timing, cost, quality, and reliability.
• Drive actions to meet project goals within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Obtain quotes from contractors and manage completion of work.
• Interface with customers and LINK team during field installations.
• Assist in pre-project planning and sales quotation for scope definition.
• Ensure safe work practices and use of safety equipment.
