Job summary

PRAB, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of custom industrial equipment projects from order release through delivery.

You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and customer communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets specifications. The role requires 3–7+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems and scheduling tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field preferred
• 3–7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment
• Experience coordinating engineering and production activities
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order handoff through manufacturing and shipment
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones
• Coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams
• Communicate project status with internal customers and stakeholders
• Track project costs and support change order management
• Identify risks and resolve issues that could impact schedule or budget
• Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet contractual requirements
