Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Project Manager, Technology Services to lead multiple client-facing engagements, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of software implementations. You will develop detailed project and resource plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and mitigate risks while maintaining solid client relationships.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's in CS/Software Eng/IT or related field; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng/IT or related field required.
• 10+ years in IT/software project management; P&C insurance exp preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Project and ClickUp; knowledge of policy administration and vendor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams from initiation through delivery, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor scope and risk; identify and resolve issues affecting schedule or cost.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, building relationships from analyst to executive level.
• Provide timely status updates and manage escalations to maintain client confidence.
• Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment.

In this role, you will...

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Lead project teams from initiation through delivery, driving adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards
• Monitor project scope and risk, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving issues that could impact schedule, cost, or performance
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships from analyst to executive level
• Provide clear, timely, and transparent status updates, managing expectations and addressing escalations to maintain client confidence
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and solution-oriented team environment

What You Need to be Successful...

• Must reside, and be willing to work on-site at the MIS office
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• PMP certification preferred, but not required
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementation or program/project management within IT/software delivery environments; P&C insurance experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
• Knowledge of policy administration, claims management, and vendor solutions (Insurity, Majesco, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
• Technological proficiency – able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
