ReSource Pro Growth Solutions is seeking a Team Lead, Integration to serve as the technical SME on MIS software products. You will interface between clients, the MIS business, and technical teams to convey requirements, solutions, and timelines, overseeing client discovery and documentation for technical teams.

You will lead new client integrations, datafeed accuracy, and month-end close validation, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring a customer-focused approach across onshore and offshore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field required.
• 4-5 years data or accounting analysis experience.
• 1+ year of software QA analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Subject Matter Expert for MIS software, guiding data quality and security concerns.
• Translate client requests into clearly defined product feature definitions and technical requirements documentation.
• Lead the client discovery process and engage stakeholders including executives.
• Support system and data integrations, coordinating across onshore/offshore teams and vendors.
• Execute data feed integration tasks, including mapping, analysis, and ETL changes.
• Coach junior team members on customer communications.

Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking a Team Lead, Integration to serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert on our MIS software products, both internally and with clients. In this client-facing role, you will interface between clients, the MIS business, and technical teams to accurately convey requirements, solutions, expectations, and timelines. You will oversee the client discovery process, create detailed documentation for technical team members, and lead new client integrations and ongoing datafeed accuracy and quality.

In this role, you will...

• Serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert for MIS software products, consulting internally and externally on data quality, accuracy, and security concerns.
• Translate business objectives and client requests into clearly defined product feature definitions and technical requirements documentation.
• Lead the client discovery process, developing deep understanding of client needs and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and executives.
• Support system and data integrations, representing the integration team in new client implementation meetings and allocating tasks across onshore and offshore teams and third-party vendors.
• Execute data feed integration tasks, including mapping, subject matter analysis, and ETL changes, creating validation procedures to ensure accurate reporting and a successful month-end close.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on customer communications, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.

What You Need to be Successful...

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field required.
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in data or accounting analysis, plus 1+ year of experience in software QA analysis.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SFTP setup, datafeed ingest, outgoing datafeeds, ETLs, advanced SQL querying, and API analysis, integration, and configuration; advanced Excel skills.
• Software Development Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and software bug analysis and reporting.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented Mindset: Highly detail-oriented yet strategic, able to zoom in and out on projects while maintaining sight of the bigger picture, with comfort learning new technologies.
• Communication & Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills, translating easily between technical and business stakeholders while managing priorities and expectations; patient and composed in tense situations.
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This position is based in Maitland, FL and the salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
