ReSource Pro, based in Maitland, FL, seeks an Engineer II, Integration to lead MIS database engineering and data feed design for clients, TPAs, and banking institutions.

You will gather requirements, design scalable data solutions, monitor performance, and ensure secure storage, backups, and archiving while collaborating across technology teams on special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of database management experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data integration methods; accounting knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for data quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with MIS, TPAs, clients and banking institutions is a plus.

Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking an Engineer II, Integration to serve as the lead database engineer for MIS, gathering database and data feed requirements from internal and external stakeholders and translating them into accurate, well-functioning data integrations. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the databases and data feeds that connect MIS with clients, banking institutions, and third‑party administrators (TPAs).

This position is based in our Maitland, FL office, and candidates must reside within a commutable distance to support full‑time on‑site or hybrid work.

In this role, you will...

• Gather database and data feed requirements from internal and external stakeholders, including clients, MIS teams, TPAs, and banking institutions.
• Determine project and task scope, risks, opportunities, and timelines, and create technical project documentation.
• Design, build, and maintain databases and data feeds for MIS and client data, creating appropriately right‑sized frameworks.
• Monitor databases and related systems to ensure optimized performance, and perform debugging on database scripts and programs.
• Create and maintain data feeds to and from MIS, clients, and TPAs, adhering to best practices for securely storing, backing up, and archiving data.
• Stay current on developments and best practices in database engineering, and contribute to special projects across the Technology function.

What You Need to be Successful...

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field required.
• Experience: 5+ years of database management experience required.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SQL and data integration methods required; knowledge of accounting preferred.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail & Quality Focus: Extremely detail‑oriented and committed to high standards of data quality and accuracy.
• Problem‑Solving & Independence: Strong problem‑solving skills; works independently and stays on task with minimal supervision.
• Technological proficiency: able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems.

Your Compensation...

• Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This position is based in Maitland, FL and the salary range for this role is $40,833 – $68,916. The salary may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
