Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead diverse projects in our Hammond, IN area. You will oversee planning, budgeting, procurement, and field installation from award through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in engineering or project management, with strong leadership, communication, and IT/networking basics. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering, field service or project management.
• PMI certification or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project aspects from award to completion within budget.
• Develop installation plans and schedules; oversee subcontractors.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Monitor costs, change proposals and project invoices; assist with collections.
• Communicate project status to team and stakeholders regularly.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
