Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Project Manager/Task Order Lead in the National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, SAFe experience, and expertise in managing complex software development programs for government clients.

Responsibilities include directing task orders, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating risk and performance metrics, and ensuring timely deliverables while communicating with COR and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of relevant project management experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• PMP certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with Government COR and technical points of contact.
• Manage all aspects of task order performance including schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead monthly financial and status reporting.
• Coordinate transition activities and knowledge transfer.
• Oversee quality control program implementation.
