Job summary

VWI is seeking a Project Manager for TAMC IOT&A to lead and coordinate complex DoD medical projects, ensuring performance, schedule, and quality deliverables. The role involves close collaboration with KO/COR, DHA-TAMC, end users, and vendors.

The candidate will manage contractor performance, implement plans, and balance staffing, risk, and procurement while maintaining visibility across project milestones. Availability on a non on-site basis is required.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 5 years in a supervisory position.
  • 5 years managing relevant medical projects.
  • 2 years on relevant Federal, DoD, and/or Army projects.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for TAMC TO and coordination with KO/COR, CEHNC, DHA-FE/TAMC representatives, end users, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversees management plans and controls; monitors performance against the Project Execution Schedule and Synchronization Matrix; resolves issues and ensures timely, quality deliverables.
  • Oversight of contractor and subcontractor performance; integrates schedule, staffing, risk, procurement, transition, installation, testing, training, turnover, and closeout activities.
  • Availability on a non on-site basis; not full-time on site.

What You’ll Do
