Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent for custom home construction in Fredericksburg, VA. The role involves leading multiple residential projects, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining strong owner communications to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in custom new construction, a proven leadership track record, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules across locations.

PROJECT MANAGER/SUPERINTENDENT

( Custom Home New Construction )

Location: Fredericksburg, VA

A Regional single-family Custom Home Builder with a small-company feel & extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level. They work in 50+ offices across 12 states and work directly with the local clients to build custom homes in affordable niche.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate will have 5 + years experience in custom residential construction (preferably in scattered lot or running multiple projects in various locations).
• Managing multiple projects (5-10 typically) at one time with average construction costs running $390k up to $550k (or higher)
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a great compensation package including:

• Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure ($80-85k salary DOE + Bonus)
• Bonus = $500-1000 / home completed
