Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent for custom home construction in Fredericksburg, VA. You will oversee 5–10 scattered-lot projects, coordinate with owners, and drive quality, safety, schedule, and budget from start to finish.

The package includes a salary of $80-85k DOE plus bonus per home, a $12k yearly car allowance, 401K, and paid vacation. Extensive back office support and training are provided to help you grow toward regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of custom residential construction experience.
• Experience managing 5–10 projects simultaneously with costs $390k–$550k.
• Proven track record in new construction operations and leadership.
• Strong teamwork and excellent customer communication skills.

PROJECT MANAGER/SUPERINTENDENT

( Custom Home New Construction )

A Regional single-family Custom Home Builder with a small-company feel & extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level. They work in 50+ offices across 12 states and work directly with the local clients to build custom homes in affordable niche.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate will have 5 + years experience in custom residential construction (preferably in scattered lot or running multiple projects in various locations).
• Managing multiple projects (5-10 typically) at one time with average construction costs running $390k up to $550k (or higher)
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

Compensation and Benefits
