Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent for custom home new construction. You will oversee 5–10 active projects across locations, coordinate with owners and the construction team to maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure quality outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary ($80-85k DOE) plus a per-home bonus, 401K, paid vacation, insurance contributions, and a $12k annual car allowance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in custom residential construction (preferably scattered lot or running multiple projects in various locations).
• Managing multiple projects (5-10 typically) at one time with average construction costs running $390k up to $550k (or higher)
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
