Job summary

BELFOR is seeking entry-level superintendent candidates for the Project Manager path with a focus on restoration or construction. Training through BELFOR tracks and internal tenure may qualify internal candidates; external candidates should have relevant restoration, cleaning, or construction experience.

Responsibilities include managing program requirements, scheduling, safety, quality control, and customer communication. Travel, nights, and weekends may be required to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• IICRC ASD certification required or equivalent in water damage work.
• Experience with BELFOR training courses or similar is preferred.
• Must be able to read/interpret blueprints and manage construction scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and light commercial restoration/construction projects up to $150K (construction focus) or $50K (restoration focus).
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise employees and subcontractors; ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and documentation; manage change orders and client communications.
• Review project requirements daily, document progress, and report to managers.
• Attend BELFOR safety and operations trainings as required.
• Possess urgency, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.
