Job summary

K Squared Construction & Design seeks a Residential Construction Project Manager/SuperIntendent to lead luxury home projects in California. You will oversee all construction activities, coordinate with design professionals, owners, and vendors, and drive on-site performance to meet schedules and budgets.

Join a dynamic team focused on bespoke additions and remodels, supervising field staff, reviewing subcontractor proposals, and ensuring quality workmanship across projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• A High School diploma or GED required.
• A Bachelor's degree is a plus!
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction management including but not limited to: Creating and managing a construction schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction projects
• Supervise and manage all field staff
• Be the main point of contact for design professionals, owners, and vendors
• Manage subcontractors and approve invoices

Required experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction management including but not limited to:
• Creating and managing a construction schedule
• Managing homeowners/ clients, employee's and subcontractors
• Interacting with building inspectors/ other county & city officials
• Requesting & qualifying proposals from subcontractors & material suppliers
• General knowledge of basic residential building codes
• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints

Job Type:
