Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from contract award through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate with Preconstruction, Superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope alignment.
- Monitor project costs and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and company policies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
- Support project logistics, material coordination, and project closeout activities including punch list completion and final documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects preferred.
- Experience managing student housing, multifamily, or large-scale wood-frame construction projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to walk active construction sites and navigate uneven terrain.
