Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3 years PM experience.
• Or 5+ years PM experience with PMP certification in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and actively manage project schedules from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects.
• Coordinate drawings and submittal documents across Engineering to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with Purchasing/Expediting to ensure timely material delivery.
• Identify and manage risks to schedule, resources, or finances.
• Provide regular project status updates on technical and financial performance.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives and post-project lessons learned.
