Job summary

ZRG Careers seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead digital product delivery for a global horse showjumping organization. You will own management of mobile, web, OTT, and live-event platforms, establishing governance and execution standards for scale.

Must have sports or live events experience and be EST or CST based. You will collaborate across teams, manage timelines, and drive stakeholder communications to ensure successful launches and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital product project management within sports, media, entertainment, or tech.
• Strong Agile delivery of mobile, web, and OTT initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting live-event digital operations and consumer platforms.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Digital & Product Delivery: manage mobile, web, OTT and fan platforms with Agile sprints.
• Event & Sporting Operations: oversee compliance, global venue calendars, and cross-border coordination.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align tech, commercial milestones and stakeholders under launch timelines.
• Lead multiple digital initiatives tied to league milestones and revenue priorities.
• Oversee delivery across platforms, including sprint planning, QA/UAT, and release readiness.
• Manage executive communications and reporting across product, engineering, design, content, and commercial teams.
• Build scalable PM frameworks and processes to improve cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee resource planning, vendor management and delivery accountability with partners.

Job description

Project Manager (EST hours, no PST please) needed for a global horse showjumping organization, to build and scale elite sports tech, team logistics, and international events from scratch.

The Project Manager will lead strategic execution across our digital ecosystem . You'll own delivery across mobile, web, OTT, and live-event platforms while establishing the governance structures and execution standards that will carry the league forward.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in digital product project management within sports, media, entertainment, or technology
• Proven delivery of complex mobile, web, and OTT initiatives under real deadlines
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and tools including Jira, Notion, Linear, Asana, and Confluence
• Experience supporting live-event digital operations and consumer-facing platforms
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
• Methodologies: Strong command of Agile/Scrum frameworks; PMP or Scrum certifications are heavily preferred.
• Domain Passion: Background or strong affinity for equestrian sports and high-performance global competitions.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Digital & Product Delivery: Manage mobile, web, OTT, and fan platform builds using Agile and sprint planning methodologies.
• Event & Sporting Operations: Oversee compliance (FEI standards), global venue calendars, and stakeholder coordination across international events.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align distributed teams across technology, commercial milestones, and stakeholder relations under strict launch timelines.
• Lead execution of concurrent digital product initiatives tied to league milestones and revenue priorities
• Oversee delivery across mobile, web, OTT, and fan-facing platforms, including sprint planning, QA/UAT, and release readiness
