At Stadium, we build products that create delight and connection for organizations worldwide — from recognition and personalized gifting to brand-building experiences. Our platform combines creativity, data, and technology to make every interaction meaningful.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and functional leads across Design, Operations, and Customer Success. You will also collaborate directly with leadership to ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear execution plans and delivered efficiently with quality and impact.

At Stadium, you will play a key role in shaping how organizations create memorable experiences for their teams and customers.

You will benefit from:

  • Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business strategy.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership (CTO, CEO) and influence on key decisions.
  • Opportunities to build and scale systems and processes that enable company growth.
  • A collaborative environment that values clarity, ownership, and impact.
  • A role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a high-growth product company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end execution for complex, cross-functional, multi-team initiatives from planning through release and post-launch follow-up.
  • Ensure clarity on deliverables, ownership, and timelines across all departments.
  • Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps in partnership with Product Owners.
  • Coordinate with Engineering Leads on sprint planning, resource allocation, and technical dependencies.
  • Balance delivery timelines with quality and business priorities while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Align execution with business objectives by collaborating with the CTO, CEO, and functional heads.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between teams and leadership.
  • Champion Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean practices and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously refine delivery processes to improve velocity, communication, and quality.
  • Mentor mid-level PMs and team coordinators and help scale delivery frameworks across the organization.
  • Maintain transparency and operational efficiency using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.
  • Communicate progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in a product-based or technology-driven organization.
  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and high visibility.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
  • Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation abilities.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Competitive salary based on skill set.
Location and Schedule
  • Fully remote role - work with talented teammates across the globe.
  • Flexible working hours and autonomy over your schedule.
  • 5-day work week for better work-life balance.
  • Team retreats and offsites to connect and recharge.
  • Meal vouchers and employee benefits (health insurance) support.
