Job description

We are seeking an adept and organized Project Manager to spearhead the seamless transition of projects from the sales phase to activation. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the connection between Homeowners, Sales Representatives, and our Operations team, ensuring that projects progress efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, possess exceptional communication skills, and boast prior experience in project management, preferably in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Homeowners, Sales Representatives, and our Operations team to facilitate the smooth progression of projects.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales and solar installation process to adeptly address inquiries and concerns.
  • Serve as a conduit of information between the project team, sales, and customer service departments, providing regular updates on project statuses.
  • Proactively engage with the Operations team to mitigate potential obstacles and ensure the seamless advancement of projects.
  • Cultivate a collaborative work environment that fosters open communication, proactive problem-solving, and timely resolution of project-related issues.
  • Manage and handle all issues related to your projects to ensure company standards and client expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in utilizing essential tools such as Slack, GSuite, CRMs, and Zoom.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Previous experience within the solar industry, demonstrates a deep understanding of its unique challenges and requirements. (preferred)
