Southland Industries is seeking a Project Manager to lead smaller projects or segments of larger programs in New Albany, OH. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client communications, guiding a team and coordinating with internal departments to keep scope on track and deadlines met.

The role requires five years of experience, a four-year engineering degree, and strong skills in negotiation, finance, and project management. Proficiency with CAD/ERP and MS Office is expected.

Formación

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Proven ability to manage small teams.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Strong computer skills, including CAD, ERP and MS Office (Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
• Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
• Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule.
• Develops budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other reports as necessary.
• Delegates work and serve as mentor to Project Engineers. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary.
