Kaizen Approach is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and management of cost, schedule, and performance across complex engineering projects. You will be the primary technical point of contact for the Program Manager and project team, providing status updates on task costs, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring successful execution.
The role requires directing technical resources, mitigating risks, and producing documentation to support program success.
Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and management of cost, schedule, and performance across complex engineering projects and tasks. In this role, you'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Program Manager and project team, providing status updates on task costs, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring successful execution. You'll monitor project risks, develop and present risk mitigation strategies, and help drive the efficient and effective performance of contract requirements. This position also involves directing skilled technical resources, reporting on project progress and challenges, and writing and reviewing technical documentation to support program success.
A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
