Job summary

Kaizen Approach is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and management of cost, schedule, and performance across complex engineering projects. You will be the primary technical point of contact for the Program Manager and project team, providing status updates on task costs, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring successful execution.

The role requires directing technical resources, mitigating risks, and producing documentation to support program success.

Qualifications

• Experience allocating resources across multiple projects and staffing.
• Ability to direct and mentor project teams and coordinate lower-level PMs.
• Document system and process improvements and report to Government customers.
• Develop multi-project WBS and IMS to deconflict resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
• Mitigate project risks and report on objectives and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and management of cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for Program Manager and team.
• Provide status updates on task costs, schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive program success.
• Direct skilled technical resources and write/review technical documentation.
