Job summary

LeoForce in Naperville, IL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet scope, schedule, and budget while upholding safety and quality. You will oversee planning, track budgets and forecasts, review contracts and change orders, and mentor junior staff.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, PM experience in civil construction, and strong

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
• Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and PM software (e.g., HCSS).
• Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Details

As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with our clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Track project financials, including budgets, expenses, and forecasting.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior staff members.
