AD/S is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex signage and architectural projects from contract award through installation. You will balance budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations while coordinating with sales, design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to deliver projects on time.

• 5+ years of project management experience in signage or construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and design packages.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to build relationships with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish: design, permitting, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
• Own budgets and profitability: develop budgets, track costs, and protect margins.
• Keep teams aligned: coordinate schedules, deliverables, and resources.
• Build customer relationships: serve as primary contact and communicate updates.
• Oversee field activities: site visits and oversee installation as needed.
• Interpret project documentation: review drawings and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors: obtain estimates and coordinate pricing.
• Monitor progress: track milestones and report status.
• Manage changes and closeout: prepare change orders and invoices.
