We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on projects from contract award through final installation. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind project execution by balancing budgets, schedules, quality, and customer expectations while collaborating with our sales, design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to bring each project across the finish line.

What You’ll Do

Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Manage all phases of assigned projects, including design, permitting, fabrication, delivery, and installation.

Own Budgets and Profitability: Develop and monitor project budgets, track costs, manage margins, and identify opportunities to protect profitability.

Keep Teams Aligned: Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and resources across internal departments, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

Build Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact, communicate project updates, resolve concerns, and deliver a high level of customer service.

Oversee Field Activities: Conduct site visits and field investigations, assess site conditions, and coordinate or oversee installation activities as needed.

Interpret Project Documentation: Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and design packages to ensure project requirements are understood and executed.

Manage Subcontractors: Obtain and evaluate estimates, negotiate pricing, and coordinate subcontractors for permitting, installation, and related services.

Monitor Progress: Maintain accurate project records, track milestones, and report project status using company software and internal systems.

Manage Changes and Closeout: Prepare change orders, project updates, and invoices while ensuring scope changes and costs are properly documented.

What You Bring

5+ years of project management experience in the signage or construction industry.

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and design packages.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, budgets, and deadlines.

Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

A customer-focused approach and the ability to build productive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset grounded in persistence, accountability, and integrity.

OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
