Griffco Design/Build, Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial and design/build construction projects from preconstruction to close-out.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and client coordination while partnering with architects, engineers and trade partners to deliver on time and within quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to travel periodically

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial and/or cold storage construction projects.
• Design/build experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts and multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative problem-solver.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Willingness to travel for project meetings.

Responsabilités

• Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion, delivering on schedule, within budget and to Griffco's quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, permitting, scopes of work and change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, trade partners and internal project teams.
• Coordinate estimating, design, preconstruction, field operations and executive leadership to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Anticipate challenges, identify solutions and proactively manage project risks.
• Foster strong relationships while maintaining accountability, clear communication and exceptional client service.
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement throughout every phase of construction.
