Job summary

Michael Page represents a growing design-build construction firm in Atlanta seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of ground-up cold storage and light industrial projects. You will assist with budgeting, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation while coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction experience with a general contractor or design-build firm.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, distribution, warehouse, or cold storage construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and project controls.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will report to a Senior Project Manager and support the successful delivery of ground-up cold storage and light industrial construction projects.
