Job summary

Indiana University Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority, complex portfolios of business initiatives and guide strategy, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

You will manage scope, timelines, and budgets, ensure quality, and collaborate with business groups to address challenges while building trust and credibility across the organization. This role reports to the Director-Operations and requires experience in a complex, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
