Job summary

IU Health in Indiana is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives within the Project Planning and Operations team. You will drive project plans, coordinate across departments, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires 3-5 years of PM experience, a business degree, and collaboration in a matrix healthcare environment. PMP is preferred, and prior healthcare familiarity is a plus.

Description

Manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
