IU Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Project Planning and Operations team. The role is full-time and hybrid (Mon–Thu in office, Fri from home) and located downtown.
The position supports programming, operational planning, and targeted improvements for the new IU Health Medical Center Campus, coordinating activities and milestones across stakeholders to drive readiness and efficient operations.

The Project Coordinator, Project Planning and Operations, Design and Construction supports programming, operational planning, and targeted improvement initiatives for the new IU Health Medical Center Campus. This role assists in translating the project vision, guiding principles, and design concepts into actionable plans by coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and communication across local, regional, and system stakeholders. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day project execution, documentation, and alignment to help drive efficient operations and successful readiness of the new facilities.
