Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex security projects from initiation through close. You will drive delivery, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple initiatives.

The role requires strong PM skills, PMP certification preferred, and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and operations to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years in a security industry position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated history of Project Management leadership with multiple simultaneous projects for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor and control projects using PM methods.
• Develop planning documents including project plans, scope, SOWs and charters.
• Manage a project including issue/risk identification, change management and reporting.
• Identify and prioritize change requests and re-plan as necessary.
• Set expectations with resource managers regarding allocation and performance.
• Ensure QA/QC mechanisms are in place and adhered to.
• Execute project closeout activities and turnover to operations.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure successful project delivery.
• Follow-up and report on key metrics including customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor new team members.
