Job summary

Unlimited Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead low-voltage, electronic security, and related systems projects.

You will oversee turnover to closeout, coordinate field teams, subcontractors, customers, and internal departments to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and client communication, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management, construction management, field leadership, or equivalent experience in low-voltage, electronic security, telecommunications, electrical construction, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, labor management, material management, and construction coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously.
• Experience working with General Contractors, subcontractors, customers, and construction management teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from turnover through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and final closeout.
• Review project scope, contracts, proposals, drawings, specifications, schedules, and other project documentation before mobilization.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, manpower requirements, material requirements, and completion forecasts.
• Coordinate multiple active projects and field teams simultaneously.
• Ensure project requirements are clearly communicated to Site Supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and supporting departments.
• Identify project risks, schedule conflicts, scope issues, and resource constraints before they negatively affect project performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the life of the project.
