Job summary

Unlimited Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee low‑voltage, electronic security, telecommunications, and related systems projects in the Dallas area.

You will serve as the primary operations contact for assigned projects, coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, customers, and engineering teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. You will lead project planning, risk management, and change control while ensuring quality, safety, and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management, construction management, or field leadership experience in low-voltage, electronic security, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, labor and material management, and coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors, subcontractors, customers, and management teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from turnover through closeout, coordinating field teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and resource forecasts.
• Monitor costs, labor utilization, and material requirements to protect margins.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project closeout documentation.
