Job summary

MRE Consulting, Ltd. is seeking experienced, delivery-focused Project Managers to support a portfolio of strategic initiatives within the utilities sector.

You will drive projects from planning through execution, balancing governance, risks, budgets, and stakeholder management, while serving as Scrum Master to agile teams. These roles require strong leadership, effective executive communication, and the ability to align delivery with business goals across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience within Utilities/Energy industry preferred.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple business and technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
• Apply project management methodologies and governance practices to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles and impediments impacting team productivity and project progress.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Facilitate executive communications and project status reporting.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
