Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager with SCRUM experience to assist on a long term digital project. This role will serve as a lead and liaison between various divisions of our company with a focus on improving communications throughout the product development, implementation, and launch process. Responsibilities:

• Conduct and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospective
• Facilitate cross-team coordination, tracking and following up on external dependencies
• Help the team identify risks and dependency. And work closely with the team and external teams to manage the risk and dependencies.
• Regularly keep track of metrics such as velocity and burn down
• Work closely with product owners to create and maintain a comprehensive product backlog
• Work with the product owners and team to keep the backlog prioritized
• Keeping the backlog clean and updated in terms of state, target dates, and linking user stories to appropriate features and epics
• Protect the team from interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and visibility across the team
• Build a trusting and open team environment where problems or concerns are raised without fear of blame
• Guide team on achieving higher levels of Agile maturity at a pace that is sustainable
