Job summary

David Weekley Homes is seeking dynamic, people-focused leaders to manage new-home communities as a thriving business. Project Managers will lead cross-functional teams including Sales Consultants, Builders, and Warranty Service Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet financial goals.

There is an initial training and mentoring period to become familiar with our operations. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in people-management in both construction and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales and operations teams in construction or homebuilding.
• Experience with budgeting, general operations, and contract documentation.
• Ability to drive sales results while balancing operational priorities.
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and proactive problem solving.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to customer delight.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop team members in Sales, Construction, and Warranty.
• Drive accountability through coaching to meet sales, starts and closing goals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure operational alignment from pre-construction through warranty.
• Develop an Annual Operating Plan to maximize profitability and meet margins.
• Oversee budget performance and expenditures.
• Partner with Sales to execute effective sales strategies and pricing.
