Project Manager - Roofing

At Panda Exteriors, our Project Managers interact with homeowners to secure long-lasting relationships between Panda and the customer. This role is crucial in setting homeowners’ expectations and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership and Management:
  • Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set sales goals and monitor performance.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support.
  • Conduct sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Create sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly.
  • Keep accurate customer records in CRM.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with construction and design teams for seamless project execution.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in roofing (Commercial experience a plus).
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with vinyl siding, PVC, & metal trim.
• Ability to climb ladders and roofs.
• Familiarity with asphalt, tile, concrete, & standing seam metal roofing.
• CRM experience with Acculynx or similar.
• Strong desire to build a career in operations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid license and clear driving record.
• Attention to detail.
• Legal work authorization in the US.
