Job summary

StructureCare is seeking a Project Manager to handle all sales support and project management for the New England market. The role plans, develops, and directs project aspects to maximize profitability and exceed client expectations, including vendor management and oversight of repair and restoration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, drawings, specs, and building materials.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate availability of structure care vendor network for project execution.
• Coordinate with structural engineers on scope development and estimations.
• Prepare, review, and update project budget, schedule, and construction plan.
• Oversee subcontractor statements of work and change orders.
• Supervise onsite logistics and subcontractor activities to meet client expectations.
• Review and approve subcontractor payment requisitions.
• Prepare owner payment requisitions.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues within contract scope.
• Attend project meetings and develop customer relationships through service and problem solving.

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of sales support and project management for StructureCare working in the New England market. The position plans, develops, and directs all aspects of assigned projects to maximize profitability and exceed client's expectations. This includes vendor management, proposal development and oversight of repair and restoration projects.

EXPERIENCE,TRAINING,AND/OREDUCATIONREQUIRED:

• Bachelor'sDegree(Engineering,ConstructionManagementorrelatedfield)
• Working knowledge of the construction processes, equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials and standards applicable to discipline.

• CommunicatingwithStructuralEngineersregardingscopedevelopment,estimatingofprojectsandalltechnicalquestions,concernsandissuesthatmayariseduringactiveprojects.
• Preparing,reviewing,andupdatingtheprojectbudget,schedule,constructionplanandconstructionprogress.
• ExecutionofsubcontractorStatementsofWorkandChangeOrdersasnecessary.
