Job summary

StructureCare, a national leader in parking garage engineering and restoration solutions, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support the ATL territory. You will oversee all aspects of project management to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives, and mentor staff supporting project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in engineering or construction management, with 5+ years in project management (concrete/restoration preferred) and 2–5 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, concrete/restoration preferred.
• 2–5 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam.
• Demonstrated competency in leading larger, complex projects.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and business management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communications point with the customer on project issues.
• Administer contractual requirements for all assigned projects.
• Provide regular forecasts of financial performance of projects.
• Manage cash flow on projects through invoicing and collections.
• Mentor and develop staff within the territory.
