Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Raleigh, NC. You will oversee both residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality workmanship.

Daily interactions occur with subcontractors, property managers, and insurance professionals in a dynamic rebuild environment. Responsibilities include coordinating trades, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining site quality control.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum hands-on experience managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction as PM, supervisor, or superintendent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Solid understanding of residential systems and finish trade sequencing.
• Experience managing job-level financials including budgets and change orders.
• Ability to work in active construction environments and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurers.
• Maintain schedules, manage buyouts, and perform site quality control and punch-out.
