ADP is seeking an experienced Project Manager in San Clemente, CA to oversee residential remodeling and insurance reconstruction projects from start to finish. The role requires strong organizational skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple active projects with subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project management within residential construction, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering quality work on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in residential construction, remodeling, and/or reconstruction.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction trades.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience working directly with homeowners.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail in both fieldwork and project documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple active projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential remodeling and insurance reconstruction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager to join our team and manage residential remodeling and insurance reconstruction projects.

Our company has more than 50 employees and primarily servesOrange County, with projects throughout portions ofLos Angeles, Riverside, and North San Diego Counties.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in managing residential construction projects from start to completion.

A successful candidate will have:

Compensation

Total annual compensation: $75,000-$125,000, including commission.

Compensation consists of a base salary plus acommission structure based on project profitability. Actual earnings will depend on experience, performance, and the profitability of projects managed.
