Job summary

Lakeside Renovation & Design is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-quality residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of residential construction project management experience.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and internal field teams.
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with construction project management software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion.
  • Lead project kickoff and pre-construction meetings.
  • Coordinate subcontractor bidding and project buyout activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules tied to milestones.
  • Manage budgets, invoices, change orders, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate daily activities between in-house carpentry crews and subcontractors.
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners throughout each phase using PM software.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and schedule performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues to protect timelines and satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to Lakeside standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and internal field teams
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and construction documents
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
  • Experience with construction project management software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Schedule

  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday
  • Standard daytime hours with flexibility based on project schedules.

Work Location

  • Projects are located throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Daily travel between active residential jobsites is required.
