Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and light commercial remodeling projects from start to finish
• Interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and technical plans
• Complete accurate material takeoffs for estimating and procurement
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors across all trades
• Ensure all projects meet local construction codes and safety regulations
• Evaluate and onboard new subcontractors
• Maintain a subcontractor quality rating system to ensure top-tier performance
• Provide sales and estimating support by reviewing scopes and proposals
• Perform light punch-out work or material drop-offs when necessary
• Coach and train workers across trades as needed to achieve job success
• Contribute to process improvement and system development as we grow

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of residential project management experience
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of all construction trades, particularly carpentry
• Basic plumbing skills required (ability to troubleshoot and manage minor plumbing issues)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Ability to perform accurate material takeoffs
• Understanding of current building codes and jobsite safety practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck or work vehicle)
• Own a recent smartphone
• Comfortable using or learning new estimating and job management software like JobTread and Company Cam
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing light commercial tenant fit-outs or ground-up projects
• Background in estimating, sales support, or customer communication
• Experience improving systems, processes, or team efficiency
