Job Description

The Project Manager is accountable for the project objectives that drive clinical and operational digital transformation, customer experience, and other activities as assigned by the System Director.

The role is a key contributor in the development of the organization's innovation and digital transformation strategy and is responsible and accountable for delivering the best-practice approach designed to successfully plan and prepare for all aspects of project engagement, delivery, and adoption within the assigned portfolio.

Overview

  • Candidates should be in MST time zone.
  • This position will be remote. 6-12 months with a strong probability of conversion.
  • This person will manage several different phases at 4-6 locations simultaneously.
  • Healthcare or Construction experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years required
  • 3-4 years preferred

Required Licensure and Certifications

  • One or more relevant technical or professional certifications

Scope of Position

  • The PM is responsible for defining areas of responsibility, including resource allocations, influencing sponsors, and managing work prioritization.
  • They play an active role in decision-making involving human resources, technical, and financial resources necessary to implement change in high-impact environments.
  • Designs processes and structures to support enterprise-wide change.
  • Works autonomously with minimal interaction with HR/Project Leader regarding program management methodology.
  • Demonstrates team leadership through collaboration, focusing on items impacting project outcomes.
  • Contributes to early engagement, project gap analysis, and operational change management.
  • Includes innovation project lifecycle delivery, promoting successful relationship management and customer adoption.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement of the project management lifecycle methodology.
  • Assigned to medium or large projects, possibly multiple projects, and occasionally as a contributor PM on programs.
