Protingent Staffing has an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for a Project Manager role with our client in New York, NY. The Project Manager will own end-to-end reactor deployment and development initiatives, coordinating across engineering, regulatory, operations, and supply chain to meet milestones.

You will develop detailed plans, manage risks, track progress, and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders, with a focus on regulatory alignment and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or program management.
• Experience managing projects at the intersection of technical and business functions.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements and shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reactor deployment and development projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, regulatory, and supply chain.
• Track progress and report status, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with external partners and government counterparts.
• Drive risk management and problem solving with senior PM.
• Support PMO standards and continuous improvement.
• Assist in product development related to reactor licensing and services.
