Job summary

NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own the execution of reactor deployment and development initiatives across its growing microreactor program.

You will lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, regulatory, legal, and business development to keep milestones on track. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of project or program management experience in capital-intensive or regulated environments, excel at navigating ambiguity, and communicate clearly with both

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management or program management experience leading multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience translating between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders within a defined project scope.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements and shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to drive clarity and alignment across large cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution for reactor deployment and development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans reflecting full lifecycle from design through regulatory, site prep, and deployment.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, regulatory, and supply chain to ensure on-time milestones.
• Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders and communicate project status clearly.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across technical, regulatory, and commercial dimensions.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes, tools, and templates for scalable execution.
