Job summary

NANO Nuclear Energy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own reactor deployment and development projects within its growing microreactor program. This role bridges engineering and business, driving cross-functional coordination and delivering milestones in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, regulatory, and legal teams to keep initiatives on track, manage risk, and report progress to senior leadership while supporting licensing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Experience translating between engineering and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in PM tools/methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reactor deployment and development projects, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans reflecting design through regulatory, site prep, and deployment phases.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, regulatory, and supply chain for integrated execution.
• Track progress against technical, regulatory, and commercial milestones; report status to leadership.
