Job summary

Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based startup, is building a first-of-its-kind nuclear reactor and delivering it to demanding customers. As Technical Program Manager in Radiant's Commercial organization, you will own end-to-end processes, serving as the single point of accountability for all contract deliverables, from technical milestones through deployment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex capital equipment or large-scale industrial systems.
• Ability to manage programs with significant technical complexity and multiple parallel workstreams.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive contract milestones to completion.
• Manage timely execution of regulatory, engineering, and siting deliverables.
• Serve as primary interface with contracting officers, program offices, installation personnel, and end users.
• Architect and maintain integrated master schedules and cost baselines; align internal teams and subcontractors.
• Manage contract compliance, reporting, milestones, and change orders.
• Identify, assess, and resolve programmatic risks and dependencies.
• Own program financial performance, including budget and resource forecasting.
• Refine project management processes and reporting cadence for leadership visibility.
• Advise on engineering and deployment decisions from customer feedback.
