Job description

Project Manager / Senior Architect – Cities & Places

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada metropolitan area

Position Overview: Lead and manage building design projects involving multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Interior Design, MEP, Structural, and Civil). Oversee project delivery using design/bid/build, design build, and Integrated Project Delivery methods while fostering client relationships, guiding risk management, and ensuring cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise project activities, controlling cost, schedule, and quality.

• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.

• Prepare proposals, construction paperwork, and business cases for new and existing projects.

• Mentor and develop project team members, creating a positive work environment.

• Lead risk identification and mitigation strategies, and maintain effective project governance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect
  • 10+ years of experience in vertical building programs
  • 5+ years of management or leadership with direct client contact
  • Proven ability to strategize and drive business growth
  • Experience leading and mentoring project team members
  • Managing large or complex projects across multiple market sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in full project lifecycle management, cost estimating, schedule control, and business case preparation
  • Proficiency in project resource optimization and system consistency
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to other office locations
  • Strong understanding of sustainability benchmarks in construction
  • Working knowledge of model/rendering and design tools (REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM360, Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu)
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Aviation and/or Municipal projects
  • LEED accreditation
  • NCARB Certificate holder
  • PMP certification

Base Salary Range: $102,900.00 – $160,800.00 (dependent on location and experience)
