Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within about one year.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects while staying involved in technical design.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design a variety of civil engineering projects.
• Develop plans and designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with internal team members and partnering companies.
• Manage projects from initial planning and design through completion.
• Work on projects across multiple disciplines.
• Office-based role with a ~40 hour work week.
• Occasional after-hours presentations as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain a PE within approximately one year.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects while remaining involved in technical design.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Do
