Job summary

Woodfield Outdoors is seeking a Project Manager to bridge the gap between the management team and field crews, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring quality across projects in Towson, MD.

The role emphasizes leadership, schedule and budget discipline, and clear client communication. Buildertrend experience is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as field supervisor or project manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software Buildertrend (training available).
• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding project schedules and progress.
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project budget by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Create timely purchase orders to secure materials and subcontractors.
• Conduct weekly Foreman hand-off meetings for clear expectations.
• Review site layout with Superintendent to ensure alignment with goals.
• Foster teamwork, leadership, and accountability on the job site.
• Aim for near-zero punch list by addressing issues early.
